These terms apply to the public IFUNDA website. Product subscriptions, implementation, support and school data will be governed by separate written agreements.

Acceptance of these terms

By using ifunda.co.za, you agree to use the website lawfully and in accordance with these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. A school does not purchase or subscribe to Textbook360 merely by visiting the website or submitting an enquiry.

Website information is not a binding quotation

Product descriptions, plan names, screenshots, demonstrations and feature explanations are provided to help schools understand IFUNDA. Final scope, pricing, setup, training, service levels, data responsibilities and payment terms must be confirmed in a written quotation or agreement accepted by both parties.

IFUNDA may improve or change website content and product presentation without notice.

Permitted use

You may view, print or share reasonable extracts of the public website for legitimate school evaluation and procurement purposes. You may not:

  • attempt to bypass security or interfere with the website;
  • submit false, harmful or unlawful content;
  • copy the website or product presentation for competing commercial use;
  • scrape the site excessively or use automated activity that degrades service; or
  • misrepresent an association with IFUNDA.

Intellectual property

The IFUNDA name, Textbook360 name, visual design, software concepts, written content, demonstrations, screenshots and website assets are protected by applicable intellectual-property law unless otherwise indicated. School names, logos and third-party marks remain the property of their respective owners.

Links and third-party services

The website may link to email, telephone, government or service-provider resources. IFUNDA does not control third-party websites and is not responsible for their availability, content or privacy practices. Review the terms and policies of any external service you use.

Availability and accuracy

IFUNDA aims to keep the website accurate and available, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, hosting, security, connectivity or circumstances outside IFUNDA’s reasonable control. Website information is provided without a guarantee that every page will always be error-free or continuously available.

Limitation relating to the public website

To the extent permitted by South African law, IFUNDA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content or temporary website unavailability. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Personal information submitted through the contact form is handled as described in the Privacy & POPIA Notice. Do not submit learner records or confidential school information through the public website unless IFUNDA has provided an approved secure process.
