01

Status of this page

This page is not the final IFUNDA PAIA manual. A formal manual requires confirmed legal-entity, information-officer and records details. IFUNDA should obtain professional compliance review and publish the approved manual when those details are finalised.

02

How to submit a request

Send a written request to sales@ifunda.co.za with the subject line PAIA record request. Include your full name, contact details, a clear description of the record, the form of access required and enough information to identify the record.

IFUNDA may ask for proof of identity, authority to act for another person, completion of the prescribed form or payment of a lawful fee before processing the request.

03

Records that may be relevant

Depending on IFUNDA’s final legal and operational structure, records may include company administration, product information, quotations, customer agreements, website enquiries, supplier records, finance records, policies and technical or security documentation. Access may be refused or limited where permitted or required by law, including to protect privacy, confidentiality, security or third-party rights.

04

Personal-information access

A request for access to or correction of personal information may also be handled under POPIA. Start with the Privacy & POPIA Notice and explain what information you believe IFUNDA holds.

05

Official guidance and forms

The Information Regulator publishes the PAIA guide, manual templates and prescribed forms. Visit the Information Regulator PAIA page for current official resources.

06

Response and complaints

IFUNDA will aim to acknowledge a valid request and explain any further information required. Statutory timeframes and remedies depend on the applicable law and the nature of the request. Complaints may be directed to the Information Regulator using its current published procedures.
